This mixed-use project will include 30 units and 6 commercial units for a total of 36 units. This project is focused on delivering and meeting well-desired community needs ranging from young adults, young professionals, young families, single parent families, the mobility impaired and retirees.
ESG drivers and principles were at the forefront of this project, including community and neighborhood involvement at the forefront of the project design.
The project is approved by CMHC under its MLI Select housing program, which promotes the principles of affordability, accessibility and climate compatibility.

The building materials, energy performance and envelope are designed to exceed current national and Quebec building code standards by 25%. The project aims to greatly reduce its carbon footprint through a number of initiatives including; the installation of eight (8) electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, a car-sharing program, passive solar design, no use of natural gas despite its presence on Old Chelsea Road, heating and cooling via high efficiency heat pumps, etc.
Once completed, the management of this asset shall aim to achieve a neutral carbon footprint via progressive management initiatives.
